These can be purchased at your child’s class in cash only.

Please bring the correct amount in an envelope with your child’s name on.

Photo Day

Every year, children are invited to have their photos taken by a professional photographer in a studio setting.

 

They will wear the dance costume for their class. This year, we are using a new photographer - LouLou Images, and photos will be edited and ready to view and purchase within two weeks (these make great Christmas presents for grandparents!)

There is no obligation to purchase the photos taken.


This year's drop in photography session will be on Saturday 15th November at Project 229, Kempston.

Your child can attend anytime between 9am - 1pm.

Costumes

Each year, we usually do a challenge to raise money for the children's show T Shirt.

However this year, to make it fair for all we are asking for a fee of £10 per child per class. We aren't having show T Shirts this year, instead each class will have a separate costume - you may be asked to provide part of the costume (i.e a white T Shirt)

Payment for costumes will need to made in cash or via bank transfer by 15th October - this is so I can order all in time for photos on 15th November.

Show Day 2025

Children to arrive at Bedford Corn Exchange via the side door on Mayes Yard.

What to wear:  Show costume, any trainers (any children who attend more than 1 class, please bring all costumes in a bag clearly labelled with their name.

What to bring: A packed lunch and drink (no messy foods, yoghurt etc and strictly NO NUTS)

 

10.15am – All 8+ YRS classes arrive 

11am – All 6-8 YRS classes arrive

12pm – All 3-5 YRS classes arrive 

 

From when your child arrives to doors opening to the audience, they will rehearse on stage, watch all other classes rehearse and have their lunch. We will also have games and activities to keep them entertained backstage. Older children (10+ years) can bring their phones but it is their responsibility.

 

1.30pm – DOORS OPEN

 

2pm –MIXTAPE Act 1

 

3pm – Interval 

 

3.15pm –MIXTAPE Act 2

 

4.30pm – Finish and children to be dismissed via the stage, youngest first.
