Street Dance
Street Dance classes are fun and exciting. Children learn routines to current pop and RnB songs, they will also get the opportunity to choreograph themselves too. This class is perfect for fitness and to make new friends! Street Dance classes are held in Biddenham, Kempston, Cotton End and Cranfield.
Musical Theatre
Musical Theatre classes are for those children who love to dance and sing. Learning routines and songs from West End musicals and Disney. Classes are a variety of technique, stretches, routines and vocal exercises. Musical Theatre classes are held in Kempston, Biddenham and Stewartby.
Contemporary
Contemporary classes are a combination of lyrical, ballet and jazz focusing on technique, flexibility and musicality. Contemporary classes are held in Kempston.
Acro
Acro is short for acrobatics. Classes work on flexibility, strength and conditioning with a focus on gymnastics based tricks. Children work their way up our acro syllabus levels. Our Acro class is held in Kempston.
Adult dance
Adult dance is a super fun, upbeat class with no pressure to be professional dancer! Perfect for parents, grandparents or anyone who just wants to dance. Our Adult class is held in Kempston.
Cheerleading
Our Cheerleading class teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading – from basic stunts to tumbling and pom dance routines. Children will develop coordination, strength, rhythm, and group cooperation. Our Cheerleading class is held in Kempston.
SEND Dance
An Inclusive Dance class for SEND Children, we aim to create a fun, creative, and supportive space where every child can explore movement and music in their own unique way. Tailored specifically for children with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities. The class focuses on building confidence, coordination, social interaction, and self-expression through dance.
Competition teams
An invitation only class. Children must attend one of our other evening classes and be able to commit to weekly competition rehearsals. We attend 4-6 competitions a year including our own competition - BeInspired.
